Amazing architectural design!

I had a lovely stay for 2 nights, enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool and a cool drink at the bar. The comfy Queen room was a great spot to unwind after exploring nearby attractions. Just a heads-up, the WiFi could be spotty at times, but it didn’t stop me from having a great time overall! 😊

i had a lovely stay at the hotel, much better than my previous visit in san antonio. the spacious room with modern decor was a peaceful retreat, and the staff were extremely helpful. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverwalk and local restaurants.

We had a solid stay! The atmosphere was unique, and the staff were super friendly. The cleanliness was on point! Only bummer was some minor maintenance issues, which could've been handled better. Breakfast was decent too, with tasty options. Overall, it was a memorable getaway with some cozy evenings.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Aiden By Best Western @ San Antonio Riverwalk. The decor was modern and inviting, and the hotel's accessibility made it easy for me to navigate with my walker. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Valet parking costs could be lower.

The location, just a short stroll to the trolley station, allowed easy access to the Riverwalk and surrounding attractions. The hotel features Mission-style decor, making it a stylish and inviting place to stay, with spacious room layouts that offer comfort after a busy day.

Valet parking at $20 is a bit steep, especially when it feels unnecessary for what amounts to a car being parked 20 feet away. The absence of on-site dining and only a bar leads to some awkward dining decisions. late arrivals find themselves needing to venture out when all they want is a quick meal. The towels in the bathroom felt scratchy and not the soft luxury that one hopes for when relaxing after a long journey.

I was smitten with the charming ambiance in this historic hotel! The cozy King Suite with separate living spaces, and I loved the unique Western design that set a warm tone. Plus, the complimentary breakfast featuring Texas-shaped waffles was such a fun and delicious way to start the day!

the room was super spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable as I easily walked to the nearby Alamo and beautiful San Fernando De Bexar Cathedral within 10 minutes, allowing me to soak in all the local history and culture during my city strolls.

The Aiden By Best Western has a fantastic location near the San Antonio Riverwalk, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The King Suite was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was professional and attentive, quickly addressing any requests. The complimentary breakfast offered a diverse selection, including fresh fruits and pastries that catered to all dietary preferences.

The decor could use some updating.

Perfect spot for our event! Just a stroll away from the venue, and the nearby eateries were fab. The hotel had a cozy boutique charm and everything felt fresh and clean.

But bless their hearts, the pillows were flatter than my old high school gym mat! And I thought the mini-fridge was for snacks, not a game of hide-and-seek with my beers.

A surprise that turned sour

The hotel vibe was vibrant, and the access to the Speakeasy added an unexpected twist to our stay, making for a fun evening atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our anniversary getaway was marred by a reservation mix-up, leading to a disappointing room swap and an inadequate response from management.

The eggs cooked to perfection at Denny's had me dancing! Plus, the vibes at the bar were super chill for grabbing a post-adventure drink. The room I stayed in was a King Suite with all the perks!

Checked in for a King Suite, got stuck with two queens instead. The so-called 'complimentary breakfast' was a joke, just a single item and drink! Management was MIA on weekends, which felt like a gut punch for our anniversary.
